Holy moly these last 2 days have thrown me into over drive but there's no way I'm going to miss posting on Valentines Day! It's my last valentines as a unmarried lady! I can't tell you how HAPPY I will be when Josh and I will be in the same places for holidays.

If you remember, last year Josh gave me my first pair of Toms for Valentines Day and ironically enough, I asked for another pair this Valentines Day! Haha. Last year I got the black sparkly ones and this year I got the burlap ones, love them both! He also got my a white and purple Titleist hat that you guys got to see in yesterdays post, now we match on the golf course! Let's all give a collective "awwww" now ;)

On a side note, do you know how bad it is to not be able to eat sweets on Valentines Day? :(

This year I got Josh a new golf bag, a Titleist 2013 something or another, haha! I got that for part of his birthday and for his Valentines gift, do you know how much golf bags cost?! But he really needed a new one and I love the one I got him so much.

I got a card in the mail yesterday from "the girls" aka my dogs at home. Mom drew all of their paws on the card and it was so cute. Her and dad brought me my Valentines gift last week and I opened it today and once again they did not disappoint, as usual. Mom is a great gift giver! Lots of fun goodies and clothes!

I hope that everyone takes the opportunity to embrace some love today. Whether single, dating, engaged, married, what have you. Love is a beautiful, magical thing. I am so blessed to have found my forever valentine in Josh and I thank the Lord for him daily. I never ever knew I could love someone as much as I love him. I sometimes get this feeling that fills me up with so much love for him that is overwhelming, the guy is my heart and soul.

I'm also blessed with a family that showers me with love each and every day. Those people really love me, let me tell you and I love them just a much. I find myself so humbled that God placed such outstanding people in my life that love and care for me more than I could ever imagine. Family, I love you so much.

I am so glad that the Lord blessed us with the emotion of love and the ability to love others because He first loved us, what a powerful thing that is. The only reason we can have the emotion of love is because God gave it to us, that blows my mind!

And in true Lindsay fashion I decked out in all things valentines today. A love v neck, pink button up, red blazer and love bracelet to polish off my valentines outfit.

Happy Valentines Day, readers. Just know that I love you to and am so thankful that you visit my little space here at EDL!
