When I was home for the long weekend Josh and I made a trip to the mall and I made 2 fantastic purchases. This hat and booties, I'm in love. I got the hat on sale at F21 for $4 and the booties at Express for $10! They are THE most comfortable heel/bootie type shoes that I own, I was very impressed with the way they wear. And I was in them alllll day and they didn't hurt my feet a bit! I wish I would have bought them in every color at $10 a piece!
By the way, January is THE time to do winter clothes shopping. It's techinally "the end of the season" and every store in the mall had at least 50% off of almost the whole store. I was in shock at some of the prices I was seeing on things. I definitely know when I'll be shopping for clothes next winter.
I wore this hat to church and then to Josh's birthday dinner with his family afterwards. If you find me wearing this hat everyday, don't be surprised. I love it that much, haha! I also bought it for my trip to London!
Here is how I paired this outfit for church, then a day out. For church I added tights and a skirt then put on a pair of jeans afterwards! Such an easy transition, especially when you're in a hurry.
(I was in town this weekend so my mom and Josh were my photographers. You're welcome for no mirror pic's in this post, ha!)

P.S. Head over to Emily's blog and enter her giveaway. It's a painting her mom did and it can have YOUR name on it, total perfection!
