God Bless America

Hi beautiful friends!
I hope everyone had a great 4th of July yesterday, I know that I did.

Yesterday was the first time I felt really emotional about the 4th. I thought a lot about how much I am blessed to live in this country, be free, and how many lives were given for me to have this freedom. It was overwhelming while I was thinking about it, but it in a really good way. It made me realize that I am beyond blessed and reminded me to very thankful everyday for the country that I call home.

Yesterday mom and I went swimming in the pool, had a few too many laughs and enjoyed our time together with dad. Last night Josh and I went to a local baseball game with my bestie Griffyn and her boyfriend Brandon.

I was sweating like a maniac and it was just a tad hot outside...South Carolina has had degrees over 100 for like a week straight, so so hot here...but we had a great time at the game and they had an awesome firework show after. And it was $6 to get in, that's what I'm talkin' about!

Mom is on vacation the rest of the week so we get to hang out, wahoo! At our State Museum right now is the Titanic 100th Year Exhibit and today we went, it was fabulous! Josh looooves the Titanic so I'm sure I'll get to go see it again.

The whole exhibit is so interesting and put together so well. Seeing all of the artifacts and reading all about the ship and it's passengers was awesome. Mom and I really enjoyed exploring our way around....afterwards we did some shopping :)

Don't forget to enter the giveaway, a great gift card is on the line people! GIVEAWAY

  1. Just came across your blog, so cute! I would love to see the Titanic Exhibit, for some reason I'm obsessed with sinking boats and ships. I would love to see all the artifacts they have.

    I'm a new follower :)
