Oh boy, have I been busy this week. 

This post is going to be some updates, but fun ones! 

Wink Magazine is where I am now interning! I went and interviewed on Tuesday, got the internship Tuesday and started Wednesday and I haven't stopped going since. But I love it, it is right up my alley! It is a dream to work for a fashion magazine and now I have the chance. Wink is a women's lifestyle and fashion magazine here in Columbia. It's kind of like what you would imagine the industry would be, fast paced, energetic, constantly changing, and running around all over the place, HA! 

My first day there we got to decorate a whole window on the outside of the store for our upcoming Style Week here in Columbia, so exciting and today I got to work an American Heart Association event! So, I'll be interning at Wink Mag all summer! 

I had expressed my sadness and frustration over finding an internship for the summer here on the blog. I applied to 10+ places, heard "no" from 3, and the rest I didn't even hear back from. My patience and persistence really paid off because I kept applying to places until I found the right fit, God has a way of making His plan always work out and I am so thankful, I could NOT have found an internship better suited for me and my passion! Never give up, what is supposed to come to you, will. 

Here's what I wore on my second day (I get a good excuse to dress up every single day!): 

I wore a darling maxi dress on my first day but I had to work late and was worn out when I got home, I will photograph that dress at some point. 

Also, I am now a mark. representative!
