Pop of Color

Happy Monday beautiful bloggers! I hope everyones day has started out grand. The wind is INSANE here today, it's blowing soooo hard, so my hair looks a hot mess every time I go outside, haha!
In case you were wondering, the fashion show went great and hopefully I'll get sent some pictures to share soon! Spring Break was great but TOO fast and I have mentally checked out of school...so summer needs to hurry, fast, quick, hurry hurry hurry. Just in case you were wondering, I am not a fan of school, it is not my thing. But I'm making the best of it and I am excited because I'm headed to a conference this weekend with a group of students and were going to Charlotte, should be a good time! And we're starting our relationship study tonight in my sorority and I am super excited and super nervous about it, I know God will bless us and have use speak the words He wants us to say!

Over SB Josh and I went putt putting that night and I did crazy good. If you knew me before my days of Josh Colvin, I was embarassingly awful at mini golf. Like once, it took me 19 trys to get it in ONE hole and I was that obnoxious girl who hit the ball so hard it like flew off into the woods...well NO MORE my friends, Josh looked at me like I was crazy the first time he saw me play and ever since, I will say, I do think I have become somewhat of a superstar...hahahaha, not even close, but I like to tell myself I am. Plus my teacher is so cute and I like to indulge him in things he likes and what do ya know, I started to like it too! So anyways, I shot a 33 wahooo!!! And had 3 hole in ones! And Josh bought me my first golf club and it came this week, it's purple (my favorite color) and we went to the driving range and had a great time...I have also watched golf on TV this week...isn't that crazy?!? Golf hater changed to golf lover...the things I do for love ;)

So to play golf I wore this outfit and I am in looooooove. I am really into the big chunky bright necklaces right now and this is my first one! I got it on clearance at Burlington for 4 bucks!

I have fallen head over heels for that silver leather jacket in the picture above. It is so light weight, goes with everything and can be sweet or have an edge to it. Perfection and I got it at Catos for $13, yes $13!
I also did my hair different this night, I washed it and let it dry naturally (curly). Then I pulled back the top part then put it in a pony. Josh loved my hair and outfit, he liked the simplicity and I am not one for simple very often, actually, hardly ever. But this I like a lot.

Have you been experimenting with pops of color lately? Chunky necklaces? Different hairstyles?
If so, GREAT! If not, GET TO IT!

Tomorrow we're talking about lips, oh la la!
